Do not touch my cup!

Johanna fell asleep on the way home from small group and it was just too cute! Had to take pictures of it. We gave her her cup and she took a drink then fell asleep. When she fell asleep

she clenched onto her cup. She loves her cup!

One of her first rides as a big girl in her front car seat!

So Johanna had one of her first rides sitting front ways in her car seat! I cannot believe how big she is getting! She liked being able to see everything, but is still getting used to being front instead of starring at the back seat.

Fun Day in the Sun!

Johanna and mommy played outside today. It was absolutely beautiful outside! She loved playing with the daffodils and sticks. She loved them so much that she could not keep them out of her mouth. She laughed and played outside for a good part of the afternoon. It was so nice to get her outside and experience fresh air. Also, it was precious to see how she how she just played and played with grass, flowers, and sticks. Isn't it amazing what little things amuse babies?

This picture captures my beautiful girl. Look at her big blue eyes. They are so captivating. She loves the camera and is a ham! Just had to put this picture up since it came out sooo good as a close up. I cannot believe she will be a year old in a week. She has gotten so big and the time has flown by. She is quickly changing from my baby to my little girl. Even though I miss all of the cuddly times with her as a baby, I look forward to all of her fun times with her words and sayings that she is yet to come up with.

Funny Hair!

Johanna was being silly in the bathtub tonight with daddy and had to take some pictures. Daddy fixed her hair like a mohawk. Had to capture the moment. Also, Johanna loves to brush her teeth and drink out of glasses. Mmmmm....drinking soapy water.

First year picture day!

So Johanna went and got her first year pictures today. It was so fun to get her pictures taken, and she cooperated beautifully. She got her pictures taken with little ducks and bunnies. It was so awesome to see how intrigued she was by the animals and how much she liked them. When she got to have a bunny she petted it and loved having it on her lap. Since she has not been introduced to a bunny yet, she called the bunny a "kittie" since she has two kittie sisters at home. It was so precious! She said kittie a lot, more than she has before. Then after those pictures she was put down on a made up dock with water below it with duckies! She was so excited, she kept wanting to go after the duckies. Which met mommy and daddy keeping her from trying to lunge into the water. During these pictures she said, "duckie" about six times. She loves her ducks, and grandma Rydbom taught her to love them. Overall, it is just amazing that we were getting her first year pictures already. She will be one in less than two weeks, the time flys. Tried to put her pictures on the blog but to no aval. Hopefully you will all be able to see them.
